Smart TV provided. Feel free to sign into your Netflix on other account that there is an App for on the TV. Don’t forget to sign out before you leave.

These are both Bluetooth enabled

On the deck please do not move and please make sure you leave it clean. We will charge a $50 cleaning fee if it is left dirty

Water Usage

We are on rain feed tank water and septic tanks. All water in the cottage if filtered via a UV filtration system so water is safe to drink

 

Please try and minimise water usage especially in the summer. Short showers are the best idea or shower with a friend. Unnecessary flushing of the loo should be discouraged and please only use dishwasher if it is full.

 

Furniture

Please leave indoor furniture indoors and outdoor furniture outdoors.

Parties and gatherings

These are strictly prohibited. Our neighbours will let us know if noise levels or numbers at the property exceed the max occupancy and it will result in a request for additional non paying guests to leave immediately. Failure to comply will result in instant eviction. No refunds will be provided. You have been warned.

 

Provisions

We provide Tea Coffee and basic condiments. There is a Four Square convenience store in Oneroa and a Countdown Supermarket in Ostend about 4.6kms away. There is also a butcher in Oneroa Village and of course a good selection of restaurants and cafes, a bottle store and Waiheke Wine Centre.

Smoking

Absolutely no smoking inside the Cottage. Smoking outside on the decks is okay please use ashtray provided and do not throw butts on the ground or in the gardens.

Maori Cemetery

Under no circumstances are you to enter the cemetery between the cottage and the beach.

Security Cameras

There are security cameras on the property at the front and back. These cover the entrances and are outward facing. 

​

PLEASE NOTE: Interference with the cameras in any form will result in an additional charge on NZD$1,000. These cameras are not monitored while guests are staying and are there for security.
